PT Mamsindo Dwi Area (Masmindo) is in the final stages of finalizing land compensation for the construction of mining facilities. The land compensation primarily targets two villages, Ranteballa and Boneposi, closest to the mine area.

In October - November 2023, the company plans to land clearing and start constructing the mining facilities on the acquired lands. Masmindo coordinated with the Luwu Regency Investment Acceleration Task Force team and led the Luwu Regional Secretary, various Luwu Regency Governments, and Luwu Forkopimda. Masmindo has taken several directives from the task force and strategic steps following coordination with the relevant Government parties.
