PT Masmindo Dwi Area (MDA) and the Luwu Regency Government have signed a lease agreement for a regional asset in the form of a road, which will be used as a Mining Road to support MDA's mining operations. This agreement is part of the company's strategic steps to ensure infrastructure readiness toward First Gold 2026.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Regent of Luwu, H. Patahuddin, S.Ag., along with officials from the Luwu Regency Government, while MDA was represented by President Director Trisakti Simorangkir and his team.

In his speech, Regent Patahuddin stated, "This kind of agreement should not take too long because the benefits will soon be felt by the people of Luwu Regency," he explained. He also expressed his hope that the collaboration between the Luwu Regency Government and MDA would contribute to the broader welfare of the region.

This asset lease serves as a mutually beneficial solution, allowing the local government to retain ownership of its strategic asset while enabling MDA to optimize the road for efficient construction and production operations. The agreement also reflects MDA's commitment to conducting its operations in compliance with regulations and in collaboration with the local government.

MDA President Director Trisakti Simorangkir stated, "This agreement is an essential step in our infrastructure readiness. We hope that MDA will be even more prepared in our journey toward First Gold in 2026. We appreciate the cooperation with the Luwu Regency Government, which has made this step possible," said Trisakti.
